Was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Studied in "The teachers college", in San Martin and in the Academy of Music.

In the year 1970, Silvia immigrated and studied in the "Shine" seminar and in the academy of the painters and sculptures union in Tel -Aviv.

The based her art on composition and expressions of movement.
