Albert David

Albert David was born in Cairo, Egypt in 1930. His family immigrated from Greece to Egypt in 1918.
His passion since his childhood for drawing and art in general led him to study drawing, painting, graphic arts and architecture.
He studied painting and grapic art at the Ecole Internationale de Dessin et de Peinture Monte Carlo – Principaute de Monaco.
He worked as a Senior graphic artist in the Egyptian newspaper “Al-Ahram” and worked in architectural planning.
In 1957 he immigrated to Israel and worked in the field of planning at the Solel-Boneh Building Company.
Sent twice to Paris in France on behalf of the Solel Boneh. For the first time in 1960 as assistant chief architect designing special structures, the second time in 1963 for project planning and prefabricated buildings.

He improved his skills with the painters: Paul Kor, Zvi Tadmor and Edwin Salomon.
Albert David paints with a high sensitivity, passion and creates a natural atmosphere always seeking perfection.
He is known as a good aquarelist who bewitches the eyes with his expressionist colors.
Albert David is a member of the Painters and Sculptors Association in Israel, Holon and Bat-Yam. A member of the International Association of art for professional artists, iaa aiap, Unesco-Paris. A member of the “Color in Nature” Group.

Albert David paintings are exposed in numerous public and private collections
in Israel, France, Belgium, United States and Canada.
